Nourish, Balance & Cleanse

Herbal products based on the Chinese Philosophy of Regeneration.

Regeneration will take place when superior tissue is exchanged for old tissue.

CELLS ~ TISSUES ~ ORGANS ~ SYSTEMS

It all starts in the CELLS of the body. CELLS make up the body's TISSUES; TISSUES make up the body's ORGANS; ORGANS make up the body's SYSTEMS.

It is critical to have a strong Circulatory & Digestive System!!!

The Circulatory System:

Within the blood there are Red Blood Cells circulating through out our bodies importing Oxygen, and exporting Carbon Dioxide from all of our cells. These Red Blood Cells are made in the bone marrow, the soft tissue of the bones, so it is important that we get our daily intake of Calcium for stronger bones (Vitamin D helps absorb Calcium). Red Blood Cells contain an IRON rich protein called hemoglobin, which is responsible for delivering Oxygen to our cells. Every time we take a breath, our Red Blood Cells take Oxygen from our lungs and transport it through our bloodstream to the body's cells where it can then be used to create energy.

Vitamin C aids in the absorption of IRON, and IRON is necessary for the production of Red Blood Cells. This means the more Vitamin C and IRON we consume the more Oxygen our cells will receive. Red Blood Cells lacking IRON are Anemic and carry lower amounts of Oxygen to our cells resulting in fatigue and weakness.

Eating Live Enzymes:

There are two basic categories of enzymes: Metabolic Enzymes and Digestive Enzymes. Enzymes are an essential part of every process in our body. Our circulatory system, immune system, digestive system, endocrine system, respiratory system and nervous system all depend on Metabolic Enzymes. Our body needs to eat live Enzymes in order to produce Metabolic Enzymes. If our body is lacking Digestive Enzymes, it will produce it's own Digestive Enzymes taking away from the production of Metabolic Enzymes. Live Enzymes help us digest food, and only come from raw sources of food like fruits & vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and raw meat. They are extremely fragile and are easily killed when they are cooked over 50 degrees Celsius, or 112 degrees Fahrenheit. It is imperative that we Eat Live Enzymes.

The Digestive System:

There are two types of Carbohydrates which are our main source of energy: Simple Carbohydrates and Complex Carbohydrates. When we eat carbohydrates they are broken down by our digestive enzymes before they enter the bloodstream; then converted into blood sugar: glucose. Simple Carbohydrates provide us with a rapid increase in energy; then induce low blood sugar a while after they've been ingested causing hypoglycemia (tiredness). It is far better to consume foods that release sugar more slowly into the bloodstream. Complex Carbohydrates (starches) provide us with more energy for a longer period of time and help regulate our blood sugar level.

Our pancreas secretes digestive enzymes as well as a hormone called insulin. Insulin responsible for transporting blood sugar into our body's cells. These nutrients from food, or sugar, are burned with Oxygen to create energy: this is the process carried out by our Metabolism.

The amount of Oxygen & Nutrients cells receive determines how much energy the body will generate. Without efficient amounts of Oxygen & Nutrients our cells can not reproduce to their full potential. Mitosis, the process of cellular reproduction, replaces nearly 3.5 billion cells per day, entire organs in 6 to 9 months, and the cells of bones in 7 years.

Within 2 years, 95 % of our body is replaced cell by cell.

Every 3-4 days the muscular lining of our stomach is replaced.

Every 10 days our taste buds are replaced.

Every 2 weeks our gums are replaced.

Every 4 weeks our skin is replaced.

Every 5 months our liver is replaced.
